Bristol, United Kingdom – A new household budget planning app arrives on the iPad this week with the release of the iPad version of the Home Budget Calculations App. The App is the latest to come from the creators of Spending Log which reached the top 5 of all apps in the UK last September and has been a feature of the UK Finance Chart for over 2 years.

See Where the Money Goes:
Home Budget Calculations for iPad allows for monthly household expenditure to be planned under customisable categories. The App provides analysis of this expenditure including a breakdown per category as a proportion of the total spend. It shows whether a household is living within its means and functions as a budget planner to help consumers make the most of their income.

Transfer Data Between iPhone and iPad:
Users can plan their finances whilst out and about by using the iPhone Home Budget Calculations App on their iPhone. Budget data can then be sent up to the cloud from where it can be retrieved by the new iPad App where further analysis can be made.

Specifically for iPad:
Unlike apps that run on both iPhone and iPad with a layout that isn’t quite right for either, Home Budget Calculations for iPad is exactly that, specifically created with the iPad in mind. This means that unlike the other poorer finance apps the layout on the iPad is not the same as on the iPhone, meaning users needn’t laboriously page through multiple screens as though they were just using a stretched out iPhone App ; The layout is concise, using the iPad as it was meant to be used.

Device Requirements:
* iPad only
* Requires iOS 5.0 or later
* 19.8 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Home Budget Calculations for iPad 1.0 is only $1.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available now worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Finance category.
