San Francisco, California – ForzeField Studios released the latest update to their dual stick shooter Infinity Field HD, adding a new multiplayer mode powered by the Joypad SDK. You can now use the Joypad iPhone app to control the game on the iPad’s larger screen. If you have a friend with another iOS device, connect them both for co-op multiplayer. The update also includes a new game mode called Hammer, new enemy AI, and full hardware optimization for iPad 2 and iPhone4S.
With the addition of Airplay mirroring on iPad 2 and iPhone 4S, you can also play Infinity Field HD on a big screen TV controlling it all with Joypad.

The Joypad SDK is a free tool that developers can use to add iPhone controller support to their games. It works over WiFi or Bluetooth and currently supports Cocoa/CocoaTouch and Unity games. Developers can add support with little effort and customize the layout to fit their game.
