Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom – Soluble Apps announces FAQ- Markdown Email Composer, a new edition of their unique FAQ app for mobile customer service that includes support for the rapidly-growing Markdown language. This special version of our FAQ app supports the increasingly-popular Markdown text markup notation, allowing formatted text, lists, code samples and embedded weblinks in your emails.
FAQ is a unique app that stores all the bits of text and images you use most often in your email- opening phrases, answers to the questions you get asked most often, and closing phrases, along with any images and diagrams you may need. This allows you to create the perfect email in reply to a common question in just a few seconds- ideal for customer support, or handling questions from students or group members.
The new version interprets all Markdown formatting found in your text, and includes the ability to easily preview how your marked-up text will look.
Soluble CEO Peter Johnson commented “We take supporting our apps very seriously. No one likes to receive a standard pre-written reply, but supporting our customers without using them would mean writing the same things over and over again. FAQ holds all the answers we need, its fantastic for supporting our apps when we are mobile, and it works so well we find that we often use FAQ even when our laptop is available. This new Markdown edition allows us to use formatted text and step-by-step lists easily in our text.”
FAQ will be available in both versions – FAQ Email Composer and this new Markdown edition.
