If you’re into addicting social puzzle games, then our text title is going to be of great interest to you. Diamonds Paradise is colorful, fast-paced and extremely addicting.
Diamonds Paradise is a vibrant, easy-to-play puzzle game that relies on your speed and a little brain power. While its not the most intellectually challenging puzzle game, it will get you thinking to make your next move. Its concept should be familiar to most who have played puzzle games in the past. The gameplay revolves a hexagon-filled board that you must conquer by the end of the match. During the turn-base action, you must swipe your finger across a sequence of hexagons (they must be matching) or wild-card cell to make a sequence. If successful, you’ll claim the territory and new cells will appear with an explosion. Your opponent can reclaim your cells and you can do the same. There’s also special power-ups that upon picking up, can fill in additional cells on your behalf. The games are usually played with real people over a data connection, however, if noone can be found for the match, you’ll be playing the Diamonds Paradise Bot (who is pretty good, I might add).
Overall, the game was quite a lot of fun and was surprisingly easy to get into. Some games have a learning curve especially when it comes to using the interface, however, with Diamonds Paradise it was a breeze to jump right in and get started. The graphics are great, sounds effects are cool but I do find that the music is somewhat irritating after a little while. Thankfully, you can turn it off in settings, so no big deal there. If you’re a puzzle game lover or simply someone who is looking for a new game, Diamonds Paradise is definitely something to look into especially because its free.
