Seattle, Washington – Coffee Lovers Magazine is all about the love and experience of coffee – about the lifestyle inherent in the local cafe, and in having coffee with friends. This month features an interview with Chris Deferio – Barista Champion and Trainer out of Syracuse, NY. Chris Deferio organizes the America’s Best Coffeehouse Competition at Coffeefest each year. He is passionate about enlightening the consumer and evolving the experience of coffee.
There is a big gap between the common experience of coffee (through big cafe chains, or through grocery stores) and the world of Speciality Coffee. Coffee Lovers Magazine attempts to provide a bridge between worlds, for those who love coffee but may not be familiar with the full world of coffee and how enriching the experience can be.
