Chicago, Illinois – TraxItAll Software, developer of the popular TraxItAll iPhone app for goal-setting and daily tracking, has added two free downloads to its website for iPhone users and others: Free lock screen photos for those who would like to customize their phone a bit, and a PDF form that makes it easy for users to tape “In Case of Emergency” (ICE) contact info inside their phone case or elsewhere.
Lock Screen Photos:
One of the great features of the iPhone is that it makes it so easy for users to customize their lock screens. TraxItAll is pleased to provide a new set of photos to help users do just that.
Most are scenes of Chicago, where TraxItAll is based, including a number of shots of Monroe Harbor and the sailboats in it. There are also scenes from the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, and a few nature shots as well. The photos are in two sets, one for each of the two different iPhone formats.
PDF Form For Printing Out “Ice” Info:
In recent years many people have added ICE (“In Case of Emergency”) contact numbers to their mobile phone contact list. ICE information is used for quickly telling first responders or others who to contact, and to provide key medical information, if you somehow become disabled, e.g., through an accident or medical emergency.
However, in some cases people may not be able to access ICE information stored on a phone, especially in the aftermath of a traumatic event; a user’s phone might be damaged, it may simply be locked, or people may not know how to access the contact information. And while some apps list this information on a user’s lock screen, many people prefer not to have to look at their ICE contact info all the time.
This form solves these problems the old-fashioned, low-tech way, by making it easy for users to tape their ICE info inside of their phone case. (In terms of size, the form is optimized for iPhones, but those with larger phones can use it as well.) All that needs to appear on the outside of the case is the small “ICE INFO INSIDE CASE” label, included with the form. Using this form greatly increases the chances that, when needed, first responders will be able to quickly access a user’s ICE contacts and key medical information.
Of course, this form can also be used to print out ICE info for carrying in a wallet, or to tape to a child’s backpack, etc.
Both the lock screen photos and the ICE form are available on TraxItAll online.
