Austin, Texas – Sugoi Software today has announced the release and immediate availability of ImageXY 3.0 on the Mac App Store. ImageXY is a batch image resizing application that makes resizing one or multiple photos painless. ImageXY’s speed and presets make it ideal for both beginners and advanced users alike.

ImageXY 3.0 brings higher quality resizing and the ability to resize photos by simply dragging them out of the application. Dragging images from ImageXY produces resized images reducing the steps required to resize and optimize images.

ImageXY can batch convert images to JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, BMP, PSD, TGA, and PDF file formats. ImageXY resizes photos using defined presets. Users can use one of the standard presets for common sizes, such as Email, Blog or Web, or they can create their own custom size presets in either pixels or percentages.

ImageXY can resize images from anywhere on the system by dragging and dropping photos into the application or on its dock icon. It can resize drag and dropped images, folders, or even entire drives. Drags directly from other applications, such as Safari or Faces in iPhoto allows users to get the size image they want, no matter the location. ImageXY supports all formats handled natively by Mac OS X.

System Requirements:
* Mac running OS X 10.6.6 or later
* 1.2 MB

Pricing and Availability:
ImageXY 3.0 costs $9.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and is available worldwide through the Mac App Store in the Graphics & Design category.
