Willich, Germany – Many families have reason to complain. Everything is getting more expensive: groceries, clothes for the children, cosmetics, memberships for sports clubs, as well as the cost of water, gas and electricity. Anyone that notices towards the end of the month that the family account is constantly operating in the red, should try to compile a financial analysis to determine exactly where the money is actually going each month. Once that has been accomplished, a budget may be established, unnecessary expenses can be eliminated and a reserve may be build up.

MoneyControl Pro is a financial manager for families. The app may be installed on the iPhone and iPad – and can be synchronized via iCloud. It manages all revenues, automatically records recurring costs, such as rent, and enters everyday expenses the moment they occur. This way not even the smallest amount of money falls through the cracks.

The password-protected app assigns each posting to an individual or a category. Pretty soon it becomes apparent who in the family is spending the most money or how much, for example, goes towards grocery shopping each month. Additionally, the app helps to create a personal budget and lets the user work with accounts such as “Cash”, “Credit Card”, “Bank Account” or “Savings Account”. Whenever data is being recorded it may be moved at any time as a CSV file via WLAN or e-mail to the user’s PC, perhaps for further evaluation in Excel.

MoneyControl Pro 4: PDF-Export plus many optimizations in detail:
MoneyControl Pro 4 now offers a special feature: various reports may be created right from within the app in PDF format, as well as printed and send out. This includes reports such as “Account Statement”, “Summary”, “Development” and “Detail”. The user is able to specify the time period that should be taken into consideration when preparing a report. The PDF module is available via an optional in-app purchase ($ 0.99).

New improvements in version 4.0:
* Calculator function for capturing data
* Auto-complete when entering notes
* Performance improvement

* Optional display of the number pad in calculator (789) or telephone layout (123)
