Manchester, United Kingdom – Laser Dog today is proud to announce PUK, the quick-fire action puzzler that has taken the Apple and Android games markets by storm, has been updated with a number of new features.
Following its successful launch earlier this year, the highly addictive game will now include two new difficulty modes; ‘Shadow’ and ‘Light’.
Both modes include unique graphic styles and soundtracks and have been specifically designed to test hardcore players whilst giving newbies a chance to learn the ropes.
For those that relish a challenge, Shadow is the toughest PUK mode to date; quickly dropping you straight into some of PUK’s most extreme levels with little time to aim and a real nemesis speed curve.
For PUK rookies, Light mode has a more forgiving learning curve with easier levels and increased time. But there’s a twist; as players progress, the game becomes faster than any other version of PUK with significantly reduced time, offset with ever increasing PUK speed.
In addition to the two game modes, PUK’s ‘Normal’ mode retains its popular gameplay but has received a facelift with subtly improved visuals and a great new soundtrack.
PUK initially hit the Apple and Android games markets in March this year and was the first offering from Manchester-based developers Laser Dog, manned by Simon Renshaw, Mike Milner and Rob Allison.
It has received hundreds of positive reviews and is currently rated 4.5 on the Apple App Store and 4.3 on Google Play for Android.
