Paris, France – Available today, the 1.1 version of TapPublisher allows for local small to medium businesses, bloggers and communities from all over the world to create fully-functional native iOS 7-optimized iPhone apps using a powerful drag-and-drop builder tool. A fast, fluid and free way to engage more customers and improve profitability.

Native iOS development made simple

TapPublisher uses 100% native iOS API and Objective-C to create high quality, responsive, and fluid apps, providing users with an intuitive building experience. Everyone can move quickly from concept to final product, without any programming know-how. Any tech novice can complete native iPhone apps in minutes.

An iOS 7 optimized version accessible to all

To take full advantage of iOS 7’s redesign, TapPublisher’s 1.1 version has undergone visual updates mostly upkeeping compatibility. Nothing changes in terms of process. Users build their apps through a powerful draganddrop builder tool. They select their modules from a set of extensive ones (news, photos, videos, music…), and link them to external sources such as WordPress, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Spotify or Prestashop. The app can then be designed in their own unique style. Before publishing the app, it can be previewed and tested thanks to TapPlayer, the free companion application designed specially to test out apps, and available on the App Store. Previews behave exactly like the final published version. Once the app is ready to go public, users can choose between publishing it themselves, or if they don’t have an Apple developer account or simply couldn’t be bothered with the technical part, leaving that task to TapPublisher.

“With the launch of TapPublisher, we have an opportunity to get local businesses, bloggers and communities on the same playing field as big companies. Mobile apps are the future of computing so everyone will eventually have a foot in that sphere to further their business. We’re definitely doing our part, keeping at the forefront notably through iOS 7 optimization”, declares Frederic Aloe, coFounder and CEO of TapPublisher.

“Developing a sophisticated mobile app is often thought to be expensive and complicated. In this competitive environment, we strongly believe that we can make a difference by offering a free, fast and fluid solution, removing any sort of technical barriers and complications”, says Herve Piedvache, coFounder and CTO of TapPublisher.

TapPublisher is totally free to create and publish. Users can get to the next level by simply upgrading to the Business or Enterprise options. These paid plans include additional features such as: more updates per year, push notifications and more. Custom app development can also be provided upon request.

The Mac OS app builder is available in both English and French for free download on TapPublisher’s website. TapPlayer, the free companion application is downloadable on the App Store.
