Salt Lake City, Utah – Fryza, LLC announces a Kickstarter campaign to help fund Kasimono for iOS And Mac OS X. After building apps and games for clients for a few years, Mark Price and Kevin Flint decided to go back to their gaming roots and build Kasimono. Not just another flick and smash, one-hit-wonder kind of game, Kasimono takes the best selling features of top games like Pokemon and mixes it with AAA, Unreal Engine, Infinity Blade, 3D quality.

“Kasimono truly embraces the most popular features of games like Pokemon, such as creature catching, badges & achievements, and single & team battles, and mixes it with the hi-resolution, triple AAA graphics that you would expect to see in a game like in Infinity Blade or Shadowgun,” says Flint. The game features over 130 catchable Kasimono, player creature trading, global achievements & leaderboards, and a zombie creature energy type.

Could this be the game that iOS and Mac gamers have been wanting for years? Yes, but without the funds to sustain the team while they put off contract work and develop the game it may never hit the App Stores.

Being veteran game designers, Mark and Kevin knew that there would be no way for their team to develop such a large scale game without putting off the client work, earning some funding, and focusing solely on Kasimono. “We know better than to try and build a game on the side while doing other work. It would never receive the proper love and attention it needs and Kasimono can’t be anything less than amazing,” says Price. This is why they’ve decided to run a Kickstarter campaign to crowdsource the $550,000 required to pay the developers, secure the proper marketing push, and build out the game.

It takes a lot of guts to take off your shirt, dress up like Bane, and act like a fool on camera, but that is exactly what the Kasimono team has done on their Kickstarter campaign to draw attention to a game that just might be worth the humiliation.

Kickstarter campaigns function under an “all-or-nothing” funding model so if Kasimono doesn’t reach its goal at the end of 30 days then no funding is received. Campaign donors can donate as little as $1 and receive rewards such as t-shirts, hoodies, plush toys, statues, and more.
