This terminal tweak will enable iTunes Notifications when switching between songs. You will see a notification pop up over the iTunes icon in the Dock that will tell what song is playing.
Instructions:
1. Copy past the following command into terminal:
defaults write com.apple.dock itunes-notifications -bool YES
2. Reset the dock by typing in the following:
killall Dock
Enjoy the New iTunes Notifications!
